FATHER : By walking down the aisle, are you
Affirming that you are giving your full blessing to
the marriage of your daughter _______, and are you
also hereby transferring your God-given Responsibility
for the care and protection of your daughter to this

are you signifying that you are taking the initiative
in this marriage covenant, and that you will, by the
example of our Lord Jesus Christ, assume the greater
responsibility in carrying out its terms and do you
accept the God-given Responsibility for the care and

7a) BROTHER JOHNNY - TO CONGREGATION :

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here together under
the sight of God, and in the face of this company, to join
this Man and this Woman in Holy Matrimony. Which is an
honorable estate, instituted by God, and therefore is not
by any to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly. But
Reverently, Discreetly, Advisedly, Soberly, and in the Fear
of God. Into his Holy Estate these two persons present
come now to be joined.

IF ANY MAN CAN SHOW JUST CAUSE AS TO WHY THESE TWO
SHOULD NOT BE WED - LET HIM SPEAK NOW OR FOREVER
HOLD HIS PEACE. - FOR WHAT GOD HAS JOINED TOGETHER,
LET NO MAN PUT ASUNDER.


7b) BROTHER JOHNNY - TO GROOM & BRIDE :

GROOM & BRIDE, I charge you both, as you will
answer at the Day of Judgment when the secrets
of all hearts shall be disclosed, if either of you
know any hindrance as to why you may not be
lawfully joined together in Holy Matrimony, speak
now, or forever hold you peace.
 

If it be your intention to receive one another as Husband and
Wife, please signify by joining your Right Hands.

GROOM, will you have this woman, BRIDE, to be
your lawfully wedded wife. To live together under
God's command in the Holy Estate of Matrimony
- and will you love her, comfort her, honor her,
keep her in sickness and in health, and forsaking
all others, will you keep only unto her, so long as
you both shall live ?

BRIDE will you have this man, GROOM as your
lawfully wedded husband. To live together under
God's command in the Holy Estate of Matrimony

fidelity to you alone. - With this Ring - I Thee Wed.


9b) BRIDE'S RING VOWS - BRIDE with your
left Hand - Take GROOM'S Left Hand :
