1. What makes the Rose Garden Wedding Centre different?
There is something special about starting your life together here. Country casual atmosphere and elegant romance come together, to make your wedding dreams come to life. From the walk down the aisle to the final farewell, we ensure every detail of the most important day of your life reflects your dreams for the PERFECT WEDDING DAY. Celebrate your vows in a place where promises are kept and the difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary is clearly defined with our featured DJ, PHOTOGRAPHY & Your Wedding Website packages. Our desire is to serve you beyond all of your expectations.
The layaway wedding plan is designed to assist families with financing the special event. We do not charge for this service. It is very simple the first payment applied to your wedding is the reservation fee. After the reservation fee is paid, the balance is divided into monthly payments up until 30 days prior to the wedding. This is one payment plan option, however there are other payment plans available.
The process to reserve a date is very simple. Pick out a package or have us design one for your particular desires. Come in and sign the paperwork, or fax them back to us. Pay a $500.00 reservation fee. The reservation fee is applied to your wedding plan in full. We ask that you be as sure of your date as you can be. When you reserve a date, you are actually purchasing a time slot and the funds are non-refundable per event contract.
4. What happens if I have to change my date and time?
It is very easy to change your date. There is a fee to change the date and time. All we have to do is find a date that is available and that will work with your new plans.
Our cancellation policy is clearly indicated on your event contract. We encourage you to go over the policy. We hope that this situation does not arise however under most circumstances your original reservation deposit is non refundable. There are times that extenuating circumstances may be considered for a partial or full refund of your reservation deposit.
6. What if I already have a DJ AND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Occasionally, we have a client that has a photographer or DJ in the family or previously reserved. This is absolutely fine with us. Let us know and we will assist you in picking out a package that fits your needs.
7. What if it rains on my wedding day?
8. How does the Horse and Carriage work?
The carriage picks up the bride from the dressing area. Which is in a separate building from the wedding and reception area. (See Facility Diagram). The carriage then brings the bride and the individual giving her away to the aisle. The carriage will wait for the wedding to be completed. After the wedding is complete the bride and groom are taken away for a carriage ride as everyone else progresses into the reception facility and gets settled and prepares to greet the bride and groom.

10. What are the local accommodations for my out of town guests?
We work with three local hotels within a few miles from our facility that have taken excellent care of previous clients. We would be delighted to assist you in accommodations for your out of town guests.
Wedding Consultant Duties
If you choose your wedding location without the assistance of our on-site wedding coordinator, please take into consideration what will be involved in orchestrating your wedding day. It is
strongly recommended that no member of the wedding party (including bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents or family of the bride or groom) take this on. If you choose not to hire our
on-site wedding coordinator, please provide the name of the individual who will be taking care of the following duties to your representative so we may note it on your contract for our
staff.

12. Does The Rose Garden Wedding Centre allow you to bring in your own catering?
Yes, you may bring in your own catering or you may choose to add on our catering options to any package. If you choose to bring in outside catering there is a $200.00 fee.
13. What is the policy on alcohol at the Rose Garden Wedding Centre?
We do not have an alcohol license therefore we do not sell, distribute, or serve alcoholic beverages. However, you are allowed to bring them in to the facility but you must add on our security guard to your package.
14. Am I responsible for clean up at the end of my event?
Clean up is included in the rental of our facility at no additional charge. However, if there is an excessive amount of cleaning above reasonable and customary cleaning, a portion of your security deposit may not be refundable.
